Yes, I I have accomplished great things. Yes, I have also walked away from great things.
BUT, I am walking right back, pulling the reigns and taking control of my life.
Last night I didn't go to kickboxing because I didn't get out of work until well after the class started. I went to the gym and hit the treadmill as usual after a long day, and I might have been expecting a bit much.
Usually I run three miles in 25 minutes. Last night, I couldn't even run the whole time but did 5 minute intervals... It took me 15 minutes to do 1.5 miles. That is sad. I am angry with myself because I've given up and haven't found the motivation to restart. I began training for a couple of reasons: the mud run this past October and my own health. I need to find another run, get a shirt that says, "I'm running towards Channing Tatum" and get my but in gear!
